RelayStackChange Orders

Getting started with Change Orders

  1. Connect to Jobber

Choose Connect with Jobber and authorize the business you intend to use. Open Create Change Order from the Jobber workflow or select a Job in your connected workspace.

  2. Describe the change

Enter the additional-work description and USD amount. Select an optional Visit when applicable. Review the terms before choosing Create Change Order.

  3. Issue and send

Issuance freezes that revision. RelayStack queues an email to the customer email on the Jobber Job when available; otherwise share the private link with the intended customer.

  4. Customer review and decision

The customer reviews the exact scope and amount, chooses approve or decline, enters their name and signs. No account is required.

  5. Follow the result

A request-sent note and later a decision note are queued for Jobber. The signature and detailed evidence remain in RelayStack. The customer can select Email me a receipt before approving, then view and print the receipt after approval.

  6. Correct without overwriting

Use a corrected revision for changed terms. The original remains preserved and is marked superseded. A voided revision is preserved but cannot receive further customer action.

  7. Retrieve your records

Open Change Order history and select a revision to inspect its agreement, evidence verification and signature. Contact support for other documentation requests.

  8. Begin billing with explicit consent

No charge before the first successfully approved customer change request. Your designated billing owner must agree to the displayed offer and confirm hosted Checkout. The founding offer is USD 39/month, locked for 12 months while active. Approval does not start billing automatically.

  9. Manage, cancel or disconnect

Use Company billing and Manage billing to update payment details or cancel at the paid period end. Disconnect through Jobber. Connection and security restrictions remain in force even after billing recovery.
